update: I found there is process keep running and keep change something,
it is cpufrequed. so, I tried to remove this package,  I found the
wireless card work for me again. so,  not sure whether the "cpufrequed"
effected this bug.

if you guys have installed this application too, so, please tried to
remove it, and try again.
