I tried this again, got the Seg fault, then rebooted and tried apport-
collect, but it still says the same:

"You are not the reporter or subscriber of this problem report, or the report is a duplicate or already closed.
Please create a new report using "apport-bug"."

I'll keep an eye on the problem and let you know if anything interesting
happens.
