1/ Language update failed, logs in only in C english, then system could not find locales - see middle
2/ Several partial language upgrades later - change in lang se work again
3/ Installing Kompozer fails, due to util-linux-locales ??? 
4/ Tried "Reinstallation" the packs - but errors
