[Bug 595971] [NEW] procps needs 'sysctl net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_acct=1'

Binary package hint: procps

CONFIG_NF_CT_ACCT in the kernel is being deprecated (probably by
2.6.36). In order to preserve existing behavior the sysctl needs to be
set. This will enable netfilter connection table accounting in future
backported LTS kernels.
