I can reproduce the "kernel: [ 6229.694385] [drm:radeon_cs_ioctl]
*ERROR* Failed to parse relocation -12!" entry in the syslog.

I am tailing the syslog and when I switch from viewing the tail in a
console to view Firefox using the tabs at the bottom, then this error
appears in the tail most every time.   Switching between other
applications does not generate this error.   It does not always crash
though, but still always appears before the crash:
