Sorry, this may or may not be the same bug I'm chasing in other bug
reports. Didn't mean to let this go for so long.

Here are the packages I prepared as a test:

I have prepared a test kernel with an upstream patch that has solved this
problem for some models of graphics card.

I would appreciate it if anyone who has the problem could test this kernel
and report on whether it solves the problem for you.
