[Bug 527890] Re: ALPS touchpad in HP Mini 311 not configurable/recognized as a touchpad

after upgrade to linux-image 2.6.32-23-generic the problem is backed.
xinput --list shows that there is no touchpad in system, only macintosh mouse. from Mouse configuration screen disappeared tab "touchpad", but vertical scroll appears and working.
Is there  a chance, that possible to enable feature of touchpad disable touchpad,whlie typing?
