Using:
Linux Will-Laptop 2.6.35-999-generic #201006111153 SMP Fri Jun 11 10:56:15 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Attached is the dmesg output.

Also should be mentioned - that when I suspend using instructions from: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend
I get the following warning:
(process:369): GLib-WARNING **: getpwuid_r(): failed due to unknown user id (0)
and sometimes it hangs at this point and will not suspend. I have the dmesg output of that as well if needed.
