Also affected by this bug, I also have a logitec Quickcam connected to the system.
It appears when I switch from one user session to another, sometimes the system seems to be freeze, but when I switch t the console (Alt+F1) I witness it's steel working, and the message "Cannot set from 16000..." is printed every second
To conclude I will say that if the user know what to do, cause he is friendly with Ubuntu console commands it can go ahead. In other case, if the user is just a poor user, the system for him is freeze and he get a poor image about Ubuntu stability... To continue to raise up the Ubuntu image I propose to set the gravity of this bug to a importance criteria different than "Undecided"
