Hi!
Following the tip from Rytis, I reach at http://linuxwireless.org
Where I found that exist at Synaptic the package:

linux-backports-modules-wireless-lucid-generic

When I installed, the Plugged USB Realtek wireless, now works fine!
But the onboard, disappear. Even from the lspci command...
