Just one last thing that needs checked as per the Kernel Team Policy.
Can you install and test the latest mainline kernel (ubuntu packages
available and easy to install/remove). Full instructions for doing this
are at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/MainlineBuilds - we can then
upgrade this bug report to Triaged and get it passed on to be worked on
by the appropriate developers. Thank you again for providing all the
information so far :)
