Public bug reported:

In Linux Kernel 2.6.32 the Hyper-V Modules were included in staging/hv.
This has carried forward into 2.6.35 on Maverick. The Maverick Linux
kernel images 2.6.35-1-generic and 2.6.35-2-generic do not include all
of the modules.

To reproduce you do not need to use a Hyper-V guest. Simply look for
the modules and you will notice one is missing.

2.6.35 should include
hv_vmbus.ko
hv_utils.ko
hv_netvsc.ko
hv_storvsc.ko
hv_blkvsc.ko

However on Maverick (both of the above listed kernels) the hv_blkvsc.ko
is missing. I have already confirmed this functionality has not been
rolled into another module or removed from the kernel.

# ls /lib/modules/2.6.35-2-generic/kernel/staging/hv/
hv_netvsc.ko hv_storvsc.ko hv_utils.ko hv_vmbus.ko

Please let me know how I can help get this fixed.
