Public bug reported:

With the newer kernels (2.6.34, 2.6.35-rc1, 2.6.35-rc2), there appears to be timing related issues with some SD cards. The errors are mainly reported as:
[ 105.343780] mmcblk0: error -110 transferring data, sector 798431, nr 26, card status 0xc00

Followed by a series of sector failures. This has been observed on
multiple different SD cards of varying speed classes. These cards work
fine with Lucid images. The problem is more prevalent with 4G Class 2
Sandisk cards than with Class 4 or Class 6 cards, but the error has been
observed on Class 6 cards as well.

** Affects: linux-ti-omap (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
