[Bug 591702] [NEW] After upgrade lucid -> maverick eth0 interface is gone

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Upgrade was made by replacing s/lucid/meverick/ in sources.list and then
aptitude update + dist_upgrade.

After reboot, eth0 was gone (no eth1 neither). Attached outputs of
dmesg, lspci -vv and the /etc/network/interface file. You must know I
have no Network Manager installed.
