[Bug 590878] Re: usb keyboard and mouse not working during boot

Running kernel 2.6.35-999-generic from the mainline repository produces
similar results. I'm attaching the output of dmesg -s 1000000 in case
that helps. Note I' also tried moving the usb fro the kbd/mouse to
another socket to see if that helped.Still, I'm beginning think I may
have a mobo issue here rather than a software problem. I'm thinking of
moving the boot drive to another machine to test that theory.

If you could also please test the latest upstream kernel available that would be great.  It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue.  Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds .  Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing' tag.  This can be done by clicking on the yellow pencil icon next to the tag located at the bottom of the bug description and deleting the 'needs-upstream-testing' text.  Please let us know your results.
