Unfortunately the problem is not solved for me...
I updated as well and i see a different output on the screen when failed to resume from suspend but no errors except for "init: ureadahead-other main process (X) terminated with status X." 
It maybe works if downgraded to 2.6.32-22 but this won't serve my turn because i need some functionalities of the 2.6.34 kernel.
