The other thing that I seem to have missed from the original report, and which makes this different from the other guests is it's netbooted using gPXE (gPXE->gPXE->SAN boot iscsi) and doesn't have any local disks.  I can't see the lack of local disks being
an issue, but I wonder if the netboot is causing a problem?
