I am having the same issue randomly. I did a clean install using x64
version. My machine specifications are the following: Core2duo E7400,
4GB RAM, motherboard ASUS P5KPL-AM, Western Digital hard-drive (WDC
WD3200AAJS-0) and NVIDIA GT8400 video card using nvidia 173 propietary
drivers. I am using wifi at home.

Everytime i leave the computer for a couple of hours it did not respond
to keyboard or mouse when I was back, and I only got a blank screen. I
tried to disable Energy Management (put 'never' for both options) but it
still continue happening. Right now, the computer freezed when i was
using FireFox, a hard reset was required.
