Hi All,

I had similar problem using 2.6.32-22-generic (64-bit) kernel under
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.  I reported it to a similar post in this bug report:

Scott Testerman came up with a protocol for upgrading the Kernel that
seemed to help me, but your mileage may vary.  Here it is:
