Back. Changing the cables did not work. I may consider some few options
to the kernel such as turning off some ACPI options.

Here is a list of what I did WITHOUT SUCCESS:

[X] TURNED HDPARM OFF
[X] CHANGED CABLE
[X] EXPERIMENTED AHCI & RAID MODES
[X] DISABLED NCQ
[X] COMPILED KERNEL WITH CONFIG_SATA_PMP DISABLED
[X] TRYING NOW LIBATA.FORCE=1.5GBPS
[X] CHANGED CABLE ROUTES
