[Bug 576001] Re: kernel 2.6.32-32 makes machine hang during boot

Upgraded to 2.6.32-24-server after commenting out the RAID array in
fstab, rebooted into the new kernel and built the drivers, then mounted
the array without any problems.

Is it a bug that there is no error message displayed when the OS cannot
find a device listed in fstab?
