It's expected that the new kernel won't work as well as rc5-power2,
since that kernel had additional scheduler enhancements aside from
reverting nohz_ratelimit. But those other scheduler changes won't go
into the kernel until 2.6.36 so they can get more testing. The important
thing to determine right now is whether there are any regressions going
from rc6-nopatch1 to rc6-power3. If there are, they need to be dealt
with. But if not, this can go into 2.6.35 with no downsides.
