[Bug 605400] [NEW] fails to suspend on shut down

I am running the ubuntu,( Hardy Heron) When i go into suspend mode it
seems to work fine but, upon re-opening my laptop i receive a pop up
window at the bottom of my screen stating,( failed to suspend) with an
option to turn off notification of said pop up.
