As Alan Cox pointed out years ago ZFS is toxic due to the software
patent lawsuits between NetApp and Oracle (then Sun).   NetApp has now
escalated this by forcing CoRaid to withdraw their Etherdrive Z-series
NAS product based on ZFS.
