Have same problem. MSI Wind U160, RT3090. Lucid:
Linux pawhare 2.6.32-21-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 16 08:10:02 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

Tried Marcus driver, tried empty RT2860STA.dat and one that came with
the package. No success, no WiFi, still stuck with Windows 7. Any help
appreciated - have been two months since I have this netbook, haven't
been able to really use Linux at all since then.
