Exactly the same problem:

uvcvideo: Failed to set UVC commit control : -32 (exp. 26).
uvcvideo 1-2:1.1: reset_resume error -5

Using: Linux  2.6.32-23-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux

Hibernates and resumes without no problem, but the uvcvideo fails to. I
tried to include it in /etc/default/acpi-support so as to load and
unload on hibernate, but it does not work

However, it works on suspend
