Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing' tag. This can be done by clicking on the yellow pencil icon next to the tag located at the bottom of the bug description and deleting the 'needs-upstream-testing' text. Please let us know your results.

> I am currently running a Core i3 with built in video. If I run the 2.6.31-14 from the Karmic release everything is fine. The next driver I have installed is -19. If I run that one or anything newer up to the current release (22?) I get wavy jittery video. I've tried booting of off the 9.1 workstation live CD and the 9.10 64bit server CD (which I installed from ) and everything is fine. I've also tried booting off of the 10.04 workstation and server cds and the video has the same problem.
