[Bug 601450] [NEW] Touchpad on Ideapad G460 is incorrectly recognized as a "ImPS/2 Logitech Wheel Mouse"

On my Ideapad g460 the touchpad is reported by xinput list as:

 ↳ ImPS/2 Logitech Wheel Mouse                  id=12   [slave  pointer
(2)]

Because it isn't being reported as a synaptics touchpad, it can't be
configured appropriately.  Among other issues, this means that I can't
configure a mouse delay when typing.

This is similar to bug #123775:

But as far as I can tell this machine does not have an "Elantech
touchpad" so I don't know if the fix released there will have any
effect.
