Hi Sander,

Indeed it looks like the fix is in the iwlwifi-2.6.git tree.  The patch
however has not yet been applied to the upstream mainline tree, ie
Linus' tree -

.  The mainline builds are generated from Linus' tree, see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/MainlineBuilds , so you will
unfortunately be unable to test this patch using the mainline builds at
the moment.  For the time being, I'll try and build you a test kernel
with the patch applied.  We can then keep an eye on the progress of the
patch into mainline, hopefully before 2.6.35 final.  If it's looking
like it won't make it into 2.6.35 final, we can pursue other options.
