Hi,
I was suprised and looked forward after the news. Indeed, modemmanager and network-manager could admin my "Qualcomm 3G CDMA" card, no stackdumps anymore.
But, it comes up, that no connection could be established, and no knwon reason found for that.
Main sniplet comes here:
...
Jan 19 12:40:46 CL0L3LTLB3 modem-manager: Modem /org/freedesktop/ModemManager/Modems/1: state changed (registered -> connecting)
Jan 19 12:41:46 CL0L3LTLB3 modem-manager: Modem /org/freedesktop/ModemManager/Modems/1: state changed (connecting -> registered)
Jan 19 12:41:46 CL0L3LTLB3 NetworkManager: <WARN> stage1_prepare_done(): GSM modem connection failed: (32) No cause information available
...
hope this helps investigating.
