boot, first option, kernelpanic

boot, F6, change quietsplash to acpi=off noapic pnpbios=off, some white
text for 5 sec, black screen for 4 sec, K boot? for 6 sec, desktop, took
me 30 minutes to figure out that konqueror was the internet browser...

(downloaded kubuntu via mirror site)

so none of the distros work..

now I wait for beta 1...
