Public bug reported:

Ubuntu NBR running as Live Session User from a 2GB USB stick with
'persistent' file system (created by USB Startup Disk Creator).
Transmission BitTorrent client was downloading multiple files, with
frequent WiFi disconnections.

Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from resuming properly.
