Sorry, I was obviously half asleep when I checked lucid; it's fine.
hardy is definitely lacking everything but reno though.

** Description changed:

- Please make all the TCP congestion algorithms available in the server
- kernel, having just reno available makes me cry.  This problem appears
- in at least hardy and lucid kernels, I haven't checked in intrepid,
- jaunty or karmic.
