This "oops" is not a real issue. What's happening is that the warning
message is being interpreted by the oops processing logic to be an oops
because of the log message level and the "WARNING" at the beginning of
the message. This has been fixed upstream, and the fix has been accepted
into 2.6.32.9 stable. This means it will likely be pulled into the
2.6.32-15 Ubuntu Lucid kernel.
