Public bug reported:

Hello.

If i boot without irqpoll system work normal, but if system will have traffic from LAN (eth1) to WAN (eth0) - network stack is hang after 1-10 minuts of work. (server not answer to ping and other services)
Its remote server and i can't see logs. Girl in this side can only reboot server by reset.

also i do

root at spb:~# sysctl -a | grep panic
kernel.panic = 5
kernel.panic_on_oops = 1
kernel.unknown_nmi_panic = 1
kernel.panic_on_unrecovered_nmi = 1
kernel.panic_on_io_nmi = 1
kernel.softlockup_panic = 1
kernel.hung_task_panic = 1
vm.panic_on_oom = 1

and have

root at spb:~# dmesg | grep TCO
[    0.134520] pci 0000:00:1f.0: quirk: region 0400-047f claimed by ICH4 ACPI/GPIO/TCO

[    9.420826] iTCO_wdt: initialized. heartbeat=30 sec (nowayout=0)

but server don't reboot automaticly after hung :(

system - Ubuntu Server LTS Server (lasts updates in this time)
kernel 2.6.31-19-generic-pae

if i boot with irqpoll - all work normal.

In system we use
SNAT, DNAT, dnsmasq, softflowd, flow-capture
we try turn off (flow-capture and softflowd) - its not help for us.

P.S. Also have error on boot:
