[Bug 369998] [NEW] ubuntu goes to standby even if on power after hibernate

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When I get my critical power message (I think it says the battery has
only 2,5% or something like that left) I usually put my laptop to
hibernate.

When I plug in my power adapter at home and start up the computer again
it immidiatly goes to standby, even though the battery icon is on
charging.

Although this is a minor bug (coming from standby takes a few seconds)
it still is unnecesairy and unexpected behaviour.
