By the way,  Maxim Levitsky wrote that in order for ASPM L0s to be
disabled for legacy PCI-E cards (our ath5k ones) the kernel should be
built with CONFIG_PCIE_ASPM. No additional call to
pci_disable_link_state() is requred.
