Just confirming this problem on a Toshiba Satellite (M305D) with kernel
version 2.6.32-24. The driver's been doing this since I installed Ubuntu
on this machine (9.04, I think); I've got the exact same entries in my
syslog.

Sir_Spot_A_Lot, that's great news. Any time frame for when that'll
trickle down to Ubuntu?
