[Bug 621253] [NEW] parport_pc not loaded automatically

This is kind of a spin-off from bug 369850 to start off again with a
clean, manageable slate.

I am running lucid on my LAN server.  The parport_pc module is needed
for the parallel port to work correctly.  But it's not autoloaded on
reboot: http://blog.leggewie.org/?p=70 unless I list parport_pc in
/etc/modules
