I have a server with 8.04 64 Bit and Xen 3.2

Description:    Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS
Release:        8.04

If i boot the Server with the new xen-kernel (version 75) i get a
kernelbug and the domU do not start. Also i am not able to do a normal
reboot with the "reboot" command, because the machine hangs at "stopping
openntpd".

kernel BUG at /build/buildd/linux-2.6.24/debian/build/custom-source-
xen/mm/memory.c:2704!

With version 73 and previous versions of the kernel everything is fine.
