I got 2.6.35-12.17~lucid1 from here: 
http://launchpad.net/~kernel-ppa/+archive/ppa.
But it seems it was removed from the ppa later.
I think it is really based on 2.6.35rc6, so it matches the experience of comment 12 as 2.6.35-14 from that ppa came out just after the final 2.6.35-release.
