@Sundberg, I've installed that backports package, rebooted, and that way
I can't make this device work. It works perfectly if I make the
rt2870sta module to handle it, just like this forum thread says:

My DWA-125 Vendor:ID is "07d1:3c16". I haven't tried to recompile the
drivers from Ralink source because I saw the method documented in this
forum thread was easier to work with.
