Workaround:

Just want to mention that they have published a workaround, which is
done in 5 minutes:

It works well for me with  AR5001 and 10.4.

The precise ASPM setting is the point:

   ASPM_SETTING=2

You are in danger to miss it, in all the description of the workaround.
