[Bug 502866] Re: libv4lconvert: Error decompressing JPEG: unknown huffman code: 0000ffff

I'm not getting the Huffman code errors, just the fill_nbit ones.
Otherwise, the symptoms are like those above.  It starts out as a green
screen while the errors start printing.  The top few rows of pixels
appear and seem to get updated.  Eventually, I get the test screen
image.
