BillyV, actually, given the Kernel Team policy found here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Policies/DuplicateBugs I'd prefer if you
opened a new bug on your issue. We prefer to work with original
reporters so as to identify issues affected by slightly differing
hardware. The policy explains it a bit better.

As Akdo hasn't responded since 2009, I'm marking this bug invalid.
