Anouar,

I think I am experiencing this same problem on my xps 13. Can you tell
me if this fixes it for you?

sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop
sudo /etc/init.d/gdm start

i am having this same problem when i reboot my laptop, but the above
commands fix it.

I will confirm it and mark it as affecting me too if this is the same
issue.
