I have IBM x232 with SCSI storage controller: Adaptec AIC-7899P U160/m (rev 01),  firmw. 7.0
It works on Ubuntu 9.04 with kernel 2.6.28-19-server. In this edition of kernel  (or edition after) are some new upgrades noted on http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/testing/v2.6.28/ChangeLog-2.6.28-rc1
Is it possible that this causes an error 0x2002 ?
