I installed 2.6.35 on two different T60 2007-67U:

-it fixed the bandwidth issue, I was able to navigate every which way in
google map streetview, and watch several Vimeo videos

-reconnecting after a suspend/resume cycle is still an issue, it
actually seems worse.
