  Unfortunately this doesn't happen reproducable, yet regularly. If I put the laptop into the docking station, sometimes the system completely locks up. Not even SysRq works anymore (not that it would do what it should in Ubuntu, but that's another story).
  There's not much in the logs either, unfortunately, this is all from kern.log:
