i have tested your -24.39+lp585092v4 kernel from bug 585092 - i.e.
http://people.canonical.com/~smb/lp585092/linux-
image-2.6.32-24-generic_2.6.32-24.39+lp585092v4_amd64.deb - it does NOT
fix this issue. dmesg included
